Shaun

As we are all getting older, and sometimes our memories are not what they used to be I wanted to show Shaun how much he is loved.

A few days ago, I googled your name and was surprised to see an acknowledgement of your masters degree in education from UBC, here it is.

In 1975 you moved to Sparwood, BC and began your teaching career. After 32 years, you decided to retire at 55 years old and never looked back.

One night about 8 years ago, I was on my balcony looking up at the night sky. I noticed 2 stars that were bright and asked you about them. Then I started to ask you a lot of questions about things that made me curious and told you that I wanted to know more. So, you started to teach me about physics. The first thing we talked about was Newton’s 3 laws of motion. Then on to scalar and vector, Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, Nuclear Reaction, Black Holes, etc. I was so excited to continue learning and for that, I am very grateful to you.
